This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Science Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons whilst making a lasting impact on pupils who require additional support. The Role As Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, adapting teaching to meet the individual needs of learners within a nurturing and supportive environment. Working alongside experienced pastoral and inclusion teams, you will play a key role in promoting academic achievement, confidence and positive behaviour. Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Differentiate learning to meet individual pupil needs. • Create a safe, inclusive and engaging classroom environment. • Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews where appropriate. • Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs. • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, pastoral teams and external professionals. • Promote high expectations, resilience and positive learning behaviours. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Has experience teaching Science within Secondary Education. • Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. • Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners. • Can build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. • Is resilient, adaptable and committed to improving outcomes for every learner.
