What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have: - A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent). - Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting. - Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science. - A passion for science education and the ability to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm in young people. - Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers. - A commitment to inclusive education and supporting students of all abilities. - A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning. - An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one.
