Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) area to recruit an enthusiastic teacher to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11–16) while becoming part of a supportive school community. #INDTP The Role As a Secondary School Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can succeed.
Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

Has experience teaching Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
Is passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons

Is adaptable, reliable and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for young people
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle to travel within the RCT area Essential Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in the Teacher category
An Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel
Two recent professional references from education settings
