This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 (ages 11–16) while becoming part of a supportive school community. #INDTP The Role As a Secondary School Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can succeed. Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
