The Role As an SEN Secondary Teacher , you will: • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. • Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment. • Support pupils to achieve both academically and personally. • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider leadership team. • Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents and professionals to ensure the best outcomes. The Ideal Candidate • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • Experience working with pupils with SEN, either in specialist or mainstream settings. • Excellent behaviour management and communication skills. • A patient, resilient and adaptable approach. • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
