SEMH Class Teacher – SEMH School Are you a resilient and compassionate teacher looking to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people? Do you have the skills to engage students who face social, emotional and mental health challenges and help them achieve success in education? This SEMH school in Walsall is looking to appoint a dedicated SEMH Class Teacher to join their supportive and experienced team.As an SEMH Class Teacher, you will teach small classes of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced significant barriers to learning. You will create a structured, nurturing and engaging classroom environment where pupils feel safe, supported and able to re-engage with education.Working alongside experienced Teaching Assistants and pastoral staff, you will build positive relationships with students, support their emotional development and help them achieve both academically and personally. This role requires excellent classroom management skills, patience and a commitment to helping every pupil reach their potential.
