The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Experience teaching within secondary education or specialist settings. • A subject specialism in English or Maths is highly desirable, although all subject backgrounds will be considered. • Experience supporting students with SEMH needs , challenging behaviour, or traumatic backgrounds. • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm, consistent, and compassionate. • A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
