SEMH Teaching Assistant

The setting has a small, dedicated team who are passionate about creating a positive learning environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their potential. The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis for a minimum of two months, starting in September. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students aged 11 to 16 with SEMH needs, working closely with experienced teaching staff to manage challenging behaviour, build positive relationships and help pupils overcome barriers to learning through a calm and consistent approach.
