Job Title: SEN Teacher Location: Swindon Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the School We are working with some exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in Swindon , designed specifically to meet the needs of neurodiverse children. The school provides a supportive and stimulating environment for both staff and students, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. The school caters for a range of needs, with a primary focus on: • High-functioning autism • Anxiety • Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: • Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to individual needs and small groups. • Identify and support students across all levels of need. • Set challenging targets and maintain high aspirations for every learner. • Create and maintain a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement care plans. What We’re Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Proven experience working within SEN settings. • Patient, calm, and empathetic approach. • Strong communication and behaviour management skills. • Ability to develop and implement personalised care plans.
