SEN Teacher – Primary or Secondary | Special School | Hounslow | September Start Location: Hounslow Position: SEN Teacher (Primary or Secondary) Contract: Full-time Start Date: September 2026 Agency: GSL Education £(Apply online only) per day (pay dependent on experience) GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive special school in Hounslow from September on a full-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher with either primary, special school or secondary teaching experience, alongside a genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. Whether your background is in mainstream or specialist education, we'd love to hear from you if you have experience working with students with additional needs. The Role: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team. Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching in either primary or secondary settings. Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills. A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching.
