The school provides a structured, nurturing environment where positive relationships, emotional wellbeing and individual progress are at the heart of everything they do. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated SEMH Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEMH Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons, managing behaviour positively and supporting pupils to achieve both academically and socially. The role requires a patient, resilient and adaptable teacher who can build strong relationships and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
