1:1 ALN Support Assistant Location: Newport Contract: Full-time Start: September 2026 Salary: From £92.63 per day Progression: Long-term placement with permanent opportunities available The Role: Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant to work alongside a pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) within a welcoming primary school in Newport. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to help the child access learning, build confidence, and achieve individual targets whilst developing positive relationships throughout the school day.
