About the role

SEN Teaching Assistant First for Education is seeking a patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Smethwick, working with pupils who require additional support to access learning. This is a full time, long term position, supporting pupils within a mainstream classroom environment. The role may involve working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups, depending on the needs of the school. The school has a strong focus on inclusive practice and pupil support, with a collaborative staff team and clear support structures in place, making it an excellent opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant looking to develop their experience in a mainstream setting.
