Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Required SEN Primary School | Horley Monday – Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm Full-Time Position Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners? We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive SEN primary school in Horley. The Role Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils within the classroom Encouraging engagement, confidence, and participation in learning activities Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and communication development Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary support team Helping to create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where every child can succeed What We're Looking For ✅ Previous experience supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs is essential ✅ Experience working within a school or classroom environment ✅ A calm, patient, and caring approach to supporting pupils ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✅ A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential Why Apply?
