Working Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm Start Dates • Immediate starts available • September long-term opportunities • Full-time positions What You'll Be Doing As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Your day may include: ✨ Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs ✨ Assisting teachers with engaging lessons and classroom activities ✨ Supporting students' social, emotional and behavioural development ✨ Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours ✨ Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment ✨ Working alongside teachers and support staff to ensure every student receives the support they need What We're Looking For ✔ Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant ( essential ) ✔ Confidence supporting students with a range of additional needs ✔ A calm, patient and proactive approach ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills ✔ Team Teach training is highly desirable (but not essential) ✔ A genuine passion for helping young people succeed Why Join This School?
