SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Shirley, Solihull Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8:30am - 3:30pm) Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent) Join a Highly Supportive Specialist SEN School - Make a Lasting Difference Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and well‑established specialist school in the Shirley, Solihull area. This school supports pupils with: • Autism and communication needs • Moderate learning difficulties (MLD) • Speech, language and social interaction needs • Sensory processing difficulties • Additional complex learning needs The school is well‑known for its nurturing approach, structured routines, communication‑focused strategies and exceptional staff teamwork.
