About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of 3 different sites . Affinity Partnerships are seeking to appoint a keen and committed SEN Teaching assistant/learning support assistant to support our students, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially. The successful applicant: • Have a sound understanding of Primary Education • Develop a good understanding of the student's EHCP - their strengths, needs, outcomes and practice. • Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum • Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative. • Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills. • Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1. • Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
