Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive primary school. The successful candidate will support children with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs. • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Work closely with teachers to adapt and deliver lessons that meet the needs of SEN students. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. • Support students with personal care needs, if required. • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
