About the Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Tring As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Tring and surrounding areas, you will work closely with students both in the classroom and through one-to-one and small group interventions. Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant Provide in-class, one-to-one, and small group support for students with MLD. Support students with literacy, numeracy, and structured learning activities. Assist teachers in delivering adapted and accessible lessons. Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment. Build strong, trusting relationships with students. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.Requirements for an SEN Teaching assistant in Tring Previous experience working within SEN, particularly with MLD, is preferred. Experience supporting secondary-aged students or young people. A patient, resilient, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
