Act as a positive role model through calm, patient, and encouraging support. Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and associated behavioural needs. Deliver personalised interventions and follow EHCP targets. Encourage emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies. Support learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as required. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.About YouTo be considered for this SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will have: A minimum of 1 year's experience supporting children within a school. Experience working with pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or other Special Educational Needs. Strong behaviour management skills. The ability to build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model. A calm, resilient, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
