A well-respected special school in Brentwood is seeking a skilled and compassionate teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is an opportunity to work in a highly supportive setting that values creativity, patience, and personalised learning. You will teach students with a range of needs, including autism, complex learning difficulties, and SEMH. Qualifications and Experience: • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (essential). • Previous experience working in a SEND or special school environment (preferred). • Strong behaviour management and positive support strategies. • A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching style. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. • Adaptability, resilience, and a sense of humour.
