We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Qualified SEND Teachers to join our growing team.Whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible day-to-day supply work, we have opportunities to suit your lifestyle and career goals.The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you'll be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including:* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)* Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)* Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)* ADHD and other complex needsYou'll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that enable every learner to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.We Are Looking For:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification* Experience teaching children with SEND, either in specialist or mainstream settings* A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach* Strong behaviour management and communication skills* A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needsWho are Aspire People?
