SEND Teacher Looking for a teaching role where every day genuinely makes a difference? This could be the one. We’re working with a vibrant and growing special school supporting pupils aged 5–19 with moderate and severe learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and social communication needs. What you’ll be doing • Delivering engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to individual learning needs • Creating practical, creative learning experiences that help students thrive • Supporting pupils to develop important everyday life skills and independence • Using ICT and assistive technology to boost communication and engagement • Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues • Adapting your teaching style throughout the day to meet sensory and emotional needs • Working closely with a supportive team who genuinely care about each other and the pupils they support • Encouraging progress in learning, behaviour, confidence, and communication, however big or small the steps may be What they’re looking for • QTS or QTLS • Experience working within a primary or SEND setting • Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills • A calm, flexible, and caring approach • Someone who believes every child deserves the chance to shine ECTs are very welcome to apply.
