Students are taught through a combination of small group learning and 1:1 support, with a strong focus on building confidence, independence and a genuine sense of belonging. The school is looking to appoint a part-time SEND Teacher starting ASAP. The successful SEND Teacher will deliver engaging lessons to students with a range of additional needs, adapting learning to meet individual requirements while working closely with an experienced and dedicated staff team to support students' academic, social and emotional development.
