Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a warm and inclusive primary school in North Somerset. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and achieve their full potential. You will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, positive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood. We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Has experience supporting children with SEND (in a school or similar setting). • Is passionate about inclusive education and making a difference. • Demonstrates empathy, resilience, and adaptability. • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Is proactive, patient, and committed to supporting pupil progress.
