You will play a vital role in supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally, enabling them to access learning and make excellent progress. Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals, you will deliver tailored support based on each child's individual needs and education plans. Responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEND.
Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language needs, and other additional needs.
Delivering personalised interventions both inside and outside the classroom.
Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and positive behaviour.

A minimum of 1 year's SEND experience working within a school.
Experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Dyslexia, Speech and Language needs, or other SEND.
Knowledge of positive behaviour management and inclusive classroom strategies.
Experience implementing EHCPs, IEPs, or personalised learning plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient, resilient, and proactive approach.
