Location: Reading Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00 (term-time only) Contract: Full-time, long-term Start Date: ASAP Pay: £88–£115 per day About the Role Are you a caring and motivated graduate with a passion for helping children communicate and connect with the world around them? A warm, inclusive special school in Reading is seeking a Graduate Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist to join their supportive team. The school caters for pupils aged 2–19 with Severe and Complex Learning Difficulties (SLD/CLD), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN). You’ll work closely with qualified Speech and Language Therapists, teachers, and pastoral staff to deliver interventions that develop pupils’ communication, social, and emotional skills, empowering them to find their voice and thrive.
