Your responsibilities will include: • Leading classes of approximately 25–30 pupils • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive learning environments • Taking accurate registers and following school policies • Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson You do not need to be a subject specialist. Full lesson materials are provided, allowing you to focus on engaging pupils, managing the classroom, and supporting learning .
