Sports Coach Location - Manchester (M13) Hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Pay - £505-£550 per day, depending on experience Start Date - 03/09/2026 Contract Type - Long-Term, Temp to Perm Are you a passionate and resilient Sports Coach looking to broaden your experience within a specialist school? We are currently working with a pupil referral unit in South Manchester to recruit experienced Sports Coaches to join their team. As a sports coach, you will work 1:1 with pupils, using sports as a way to re-engage. The Role: Supporting pupils with SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis Maintaining regualr communication with parents, staff and external agencies Co-ordinating fun and engaging sessions for pupilsWhat we require: A genuine passion for sports and sports coaching Previous experience supporting Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Team Teach Level 2 is highly desired but training can be provided Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional referencesOther If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
