The Role: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Working on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term supply basis Adapting quickly to different school environments and classroom settings Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high standards of learning Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff The Ideal Candidate: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Is flexible and open to teaching across different year groups Has access to reliable transport and is able to travel throughout Blackpool Has strong classroom management skills Is confident, adaptable, and professional ECTs are encouraged to apply Why Choose Supply Teaching?
