About the Role • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum. • Adapt teaching plans and materials to meet the needs of different classes and abilities. • Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. • Follow school policies and maintain strong communication with staff. • Support pupils’ academic and personal development in line with school values.
