Supply Teacher September start Excellent rates of pay Flexible work patterns Suitable for an ECT or experienced Supply Teacher Open to a Supply Teacher specialising in any subject A Supply Teacher is needed in a Mixed Sixth Form in South West London. This Supply Teacher position can be part or full time and will be temporary in the first instance. If appointed as a Supply Teacher your duties will include but not be limited to: Covering different subject lessons and ensuring lesson objectives are met Managing pupil behaviour effectively and promoting positive behaviour across the class Working alongside other members of the team and providing them with relevant updates on completed work The rates of pay for this Supply Teacher post will be between £140 and £200 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant. The School An Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Sixth Form for pupils aged 16 to 19 years old located in the London Borough of Lambeth. Personal, Relationships, Sex and Health Education is a core part of the sixth form's ethos being regularly taught to pupils by Form Tutors. The building and facilities include but aren't limited to; music teaching/practice rooms, a drama studio, main hall, dining area, outside amphitheatre, graphics room, media room, art suite, fitness/sports space, ICT suites, large library, science laboratories and a horticulture space. Despite being a Sixth Form the staff ask pupils to uphold a smart dress code. Some of the local amenities are the South London Theatre, Streatham Ice Rink, Centre for Young Musicians, Acacia School of Dance and Chess at Streatham Library.
