Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and lesson plans. Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and pupil wellbeing. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school's behaviour policy. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities and learning styles. Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff, and senior leadership teams. Complete lesson feedback and handover notes for the returning class teacher where required. Follow all school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety requirements. Uphold high professional standards and represent the agency positively within each school. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching within UK primary or secondary schools. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Strong communication and organisational abilities. A flexible, reliable, and professional approach to teaching. The ability to quickly adapt to different school environments and establish positive classroom routines. A sound understanding of the UK curriculum. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. The right to work in the UK.
