What You'll Be Doing Depending on your experience and the role, you may: • Deliver engaging lessons and maintain high-quality learning. • Provide classroom cover in the absence of the class teacher. • Lead learning using pre-planned lessons or your own professional expertise where appropriate. • Support pupils' learning and progress across a range of year groups. • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment. • Adapt your approach to meet the needs of all learners. • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure pupils continue to thrive. • Provide clear feedback to support continuity of learning.
