We are seeking a committed Teacher to join secondary schools in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage students from diverse backgrounds and inspire them to explore complex ideas with curiosity and respect.Requirements* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent* Proven experience teaching at secondary school level.* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.* A proactive and reflective approach to teaching, with a commitment to student development.* Flexibility and a willingness to be an active part of the school's community.
