The Role As a Supply Teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging lessons in line with school planning and policies. • Create a positive and productive learning environment. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively. • Adapt quickly to different school settings and student groups. • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues. • Support schools in maintaining continuity of learning during staff absence.
