Supply Teachers - Multiple Applicants Needed! Location: Worthing & Surrounding Areas Contract: PT - Long Term Salary:£130 - £150 Are you passionate about supporting children to develop positive behaviour, resilience, and confidence? A primary and/or Secondary schools in Worthing, East Sussex is seeking dedicated Teachers to provide EYFS up to KS4, helping the pupils overcome behavioural barriers and fully engage in learning. Skills & Requirements: • Experience working with children in a school or behaviour support setting • Strong behaviour management skills • Calm, patient, and resilient approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures • Relevant training in behaviour support, SEN, or childcare is desirable but not essential • This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils to make positive behavioural choices while working in a welcoming primary school environment in Worthing. • If you're committed to helping children succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
