    Teaching Assistant (Supply) The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a number of Secondary schools and trusts across the Sefton and Southport area, to recruit Teaching Assistants on a supply basis. This could include day to day cover, shorter term, longer term and even potential permanent opportunties. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within supportive multi-academy trusts, helping pupils achieve their full potential. The Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Experience: Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential Newly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above preferred Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register) What We Offer: Flexible supply work to fit around your availability Opportunities across multiple schools within multiple trusts Competitive daily pay rates Ongoing support from a dedicated partnership team Access to training and CPD opportunities How to Apply: Apply today through The Supply Register to join our supply pool and support schools across Southport and Sefton
