A supportive and inclusive school in Ascot is looking for a dedicated SENCO / SEN Teacher to join their team full-time from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs while leading and developing SEND provision across the school. The Role: • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school as SENCO • Plan and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with additional needs • Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress reviews • Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and external agencies • Support inclusive teaching strategies across the school • Build strong relationships with families and carers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils The Ideal Candidate: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • SENCO qualification (or working towards it) • Experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs • Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice • Confident in writing and managing EHCPs • Passionate about inclusion and making a positive impact What’s on offer: • Full-time role starting in September • Supportive leadership and collaborative staff team • Opportunity to shape and strengthen SEND provision • Competitive pay based on experience At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
