Aspiring Teacher – Boston Location: Boston Salary: £90 – £110 per day Start Date: ASAP / September 2026 Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Flexible GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to work in schools across Boston . This is an exciting opportunity for graduates, university students, or individuals considering a future career in teaching to gain valuable paid classroom experience while making a real difference in the lives of young people. Whether you're currently studying at university, have recently graduated, or are exploring a career in education, this role offers the perfect first step into the classroom. We'll help you gain practical experience in a range of school-based roles while building the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in teaching. About the Role: As an Aspiring Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience working as a: • Teaching Assistant • Cover Supervisor • Tutor • Exam Invigilator These roles provide excellent preparation for a PGCE, School Direct programme, or other teacher training pathways.
