The Role As an Early Career Teacher, you will: • Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preferences and school requirements. • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners. • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment. • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. • Gain valuable experience through supply work or complete your ECT induction in a long-term placement. About You To be considered, you will: • Hold, or be due to achieve, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by Summer 2026. • Be passionate about making a positive difference in primary education. • Have strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills. • Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development. • Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
