Teaching Assistant (full-time, temporary) Salford £1851- £2000 per month PAYE – (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) Start date: September 2026 The School and Role We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Salford. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a positive and inclusive school environment. Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create engaging learning experiences and encouraging every child to achieve their full potential. You will build positive relationships with pupils, promote confidence and independence, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Requirements The ideal Teaching Assistant will: • Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEND, ASC, ADHD, or SEMH needs • Be patient, adaptable, and nurturing in their approach • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills • Be passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential • Be able to work effectively as part of a school team What we offer As a Teaching Assistant, part of our team, you benefit from: • Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
