Your role will include: • Supporting students in lessons on a 1:1 basis and in small groups • Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence • Encouraging engagement and participation across a range of subjects • Providing additional support to students with learning, behavioural, or emotional needs • Building positive relationships that help students succeed both in and out of the classroom • Celebrating progress and helping pupils achieve their full potential Why This School?
