About the role
Full-Time Teaching Assistant Primary School (Ealing)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 4:00pm
Salary: £515 to £550 per week
Start Date: 7th September 2026
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Ealing area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
• Deliver targeted intervention sessions to individuals and small groups across the primary age range.
• Support pupils of varying abilities, including lower-attaining learners and those requiring additional challenge through enrichment activities.
• Work closely with class teachers to implement learning plans and monitor pupil progress.
• Provide classroom support to ensure all children are engaged and making progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
• Proven experience planning and delivering effective intervention programmes.
• Experience supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including lower ability learners and higher attaining/enrichment pupils.
• A strong understanding of differentiation and adapting support to meet individual learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, flexible and committed approach to supporting children's learning and development.
