Job description

Key Responsibilities Your role will include: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for pupils attending the after-school club Ensure the safety, supervision, and welfare of all children at all times Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment Maintain appropriate records and attendance registers Communicate effectively with parents/carers, staff, and senior leaders as required Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies and procedures Set up and clear away equipment and resources used during sessions What We’re Looking For A motivated individual with a genuine interest in working with children Experience of working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting Ability to lead and organise structured activities A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional Development & Benefits Our people are at the heart of our success.
