This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nursery room leader who enjoys supporting babies during the most important stage of their early development while leading a dedicated and caring team. As our new nursery room leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Baby Room, ensuring every child receives the highest standard of care, learning and development. You should hold a relevant Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role. As a nursery room leader, your responsibilities will include planning engaging activities that support each child's individual development, carrying out observations and assessments, mentoring team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the Baby Room is welcoming, organised and fully compliant with current regulations.
