Your Responsibilities As a Room Leader, you will: * Lead and inspire your team to provide outstanding care and education. * Ensure your room runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards every day. * Create a warm, safe and stimulating learning environment that reflects the Montessori ethos. * Support children's learning and development through high quality observations, assessments and planning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. * Ensure children are happy, settled and making excellent progress. * Build strong partnerships with parents and maintain excellent communication. * Keep up to date with EYFS, Ofsted and safeguarding requirements, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. * Lead by example, supporting, mentoring and motivating your team. * Delegate responsibilities effectively while encouraging teamwork and professional development. * Encourage creativity within the room and involve your team in planning, activities and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum. Previous experience leading a room within an Early Years setting. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation. Good ICT skills and confidence using digital systems. Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills. A positive, supportive approach with the ability to motivate and develop others.
