Requirements • Qualified Teacher Status, QTS. • Experience teaching in KS1 or strong placement experience for early career teachers. • Good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective assessment practice. • Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation. • A reflective, creative and collaborative teaching style. • Commitment to inclusion and raising standards for all pupils. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
