About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Peckham from September. This role involves supporting pupils with complex needs , including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication difficulties, sensory needs, and challenging behaviour.

• Previous experience working with children or adults with complex needs, SEND, autism, learning disabilities, or challenging behaviour.

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and adaptable in a challenging environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
