    Job Description Please note that a Level 3 Early Years is required for this role Nursery Room Leader | Up to £29,500 | 40 Hours per Week Our client, a well-established and inclusive early years service, is looking for a confident and compassionate Nursery Room Leader to join their friendly and supportive team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of one of the nursery rooms, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children in your care. You’ll inspire and guide a small team, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where curiosity, development, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do. What We’re Looking For • Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally with some supervisory or leadership responsibility. • Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework. • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. • A genuine passion for early years care and education. • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain). • Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
