    Do you want to make a genuine difference in the lives of children with complex additional needs? We are working with a highly supportive specialist school seeking caring, patient and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This setting supports children aged 2–11 with a range of complex needs including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), communication needs, and medical needs . As an SEN TA, you will help pupils access learning through highly personalised support, sensory-based activities and communication-focused interventions. Every small step matters, and you will play a vital role in helping pupils build confidence, independence and engagement.
